Photography in Perth 5 years on
Wow I can’t believe that it’s been over 5 years since I did a blog post on my wedding photography business website.
Anyway so much has changed in the world and the wedding industry with new trends and styles, some have come and gone. We’ve had the world go crazy over Covid-19 with so many lovers wedding plans being disrupted.
I along with many other photographers, have had to move around wedding dates for our couples just to make their dream wedding day come into fruition.
Let me tell you about one wedding that was cancelled 4 days out from the wedding. Ellisha and Rhys had originally planned their day with 150 guests at a private property on the outskirts of Perth. After the cancellation they worked with me and other suppliers to rebook in a new date for the wedding.
We all worked to come up with a new wedding date and as the date approached, 2 weeks before Perth went into a 5 day lockdown. Things were a little stressful to put it lightly, I was praying for them just so we could get these lovers married.
The wedding was held at an amazing venue, Yoothamurra homestead in Oakford in a rural area south of Perth, Things turned out for the best and the day went ahead as planned, I wanted to share some of the stunning photos from the wedding, please enjoy.
