My approach to wedding photography was shaped on a fully manual 35mm film SLR — no shortcuts, no automation. Just light, timing, and intent. That discipline continues to define my work today.

Before photography became my full-time focus, I was immersed in Perth’s art world. Years of exhibiting shaped how I see — an attention to composition, tone, and balance that now carries through my wedding and portrait work.

Portrait photography became personal with the birth of my daughter. Photographing her taught me patience, restraint, and the power of quiet moments — a sensibility I bring to every wedding, noticing what matters without interrupting it.
